UX Researcher Data Analyst Data Scientist Story Teller

🌻About Me

I am an MS student at the University of Michigan School of Information, focusing on Data Science and Human-Computer Interaction(HCI). This semester, I've taken courses in Intermediate Programming (Python), Data Manipulation, Complex Web Design, and Building Interactive Application. I am interested in using an interactive way to interpret data.

I've worked as an User Experience Researcher and a Data Analyst with experience across tech, age-tech, and the healthcare industry. I believe the true value of data lies within people, and I enjoy the process of creating impact to foster better decisions. The projects I have worked on have reduced the workload of the customer support team (chatbot), create business opportunities for the marketing team (e-commerce platform), enhance interactions and foster better co-work across job disciplines in the workflow. See my list of projects and details.

In addition to data, I love to share my stories with plain text as well. I am an amateur Medium writer. Writing can also be a way for me to reflect on the past and cherish the moment.
